Every commission starts with a conversation. You might have seen something you like in our collection, or you might have something of your own in mind. Either way, we'll work with you to get the details right.

There are two ways to commission

Collection pieces

Choose a design from the collection, then pick your timber and finish. We make each piece to order in our Wollongong workshop.

Tell us about your project
Send us some details, a few photos, or whatever you have in mind.

We work up a design
We'll sketch it and model it in 3D, while working through the size, timber and finish with you.

We agree the drawings
We refine everything together until it's right. Once you approve the drawings, that's the piece we build.

We build it
With photos and videos along the way, from the first boards to the final finish.

Deposits & timelines

50%

Deposit, due once the design is agreed. It holds your place in the queue and buys the timber.

6–12

Weeks from deposit to delivery, depending on the size and complexity of the piece.

We'll agree the timeline with you before we start.

The balance is due before your piece leaves the workshop.
Quotes hold for 30 days, because timber prices move.
If you change your mind before we've started, we refund the deposit less 5% for the slot held in the queue.
Once design work or timber buying has begun, the deposit covers what has already gone into the piece.

Australia-wide delivery by insured courier
Custom packing and crating where needed
For larger pieces, we often deliver in person
We agree delivery costs before we start
